We are looking for a talented BrSE – Bridge System Engineer (All Level) to join our rapidly growing teams in various projects. Your key responsibilities are:
- Analyze requirements, and discuss with the technical team to propose solutions/estimations to customers.
- Be responsible for all project requirements on the Vietnam side and help the development team to clarify if any are unclear.
- Communicate with customers via phone, and web meetings, and discuss questions/issues via the ticket system on all project-related matters.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to monitor, control the project and report project status/progress to the customer daily/weekly.
- Translate detailed design, and test cases from Japanese to English or vice versa.
- Join the final test to make sure the delivery matches customer expectations.
- Work onsite in Japan if a project is required.
Your Skills and Experience:
- BS Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related subject;
- Japanese level N2 or above and good communication skills;
- At least 3 years of experience working as BrSE position for an offshore company and understanding the Japanese working style;
- Have negotiation skills to deal with customers on issues related to work content, quality, schedule etc;
- Understand software development process and outsourcing;
- Be able to read & understand technical specifications in the English language is a plus.
