We are seeking a Product Owner/Product Manager who is enthusiastic about the opportunity to develop diversity of fascinating products, from coming up with ideas, managing processes, launching and maintaining the development of products. Your key responsibilities:
- Define the business model and product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize product
requirements. - Manage and refine the Product Backlog based on business value and customer insights.
- Translate business needs into actionable user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Make decisions on feature scope, releases, and prioritize high-impact issues.
- Ensure product quality through testing alignment, validation, and risk mitigation.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Product Owner/Manager
- Strong knowledge about Agile/Scrum Method and analytics tools
- Experience in building and expanding a product development organization
- Strong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs
- Communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills with detail-oriented
- Having IT technical knowledge is a good plus
- Good at English (both verbal and written)
