We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Project Manager for our Japanese market. In this role, you will be responsible for managing software development projects and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Japanese language skills are a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage software development projects, including defining project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Ensure timely, qualified and successful delivery of software development projects in the Japanese market.
- Manage a team of software developers, providing direction and support to ensure successful project execution
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in Japan
- Manage project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and client communication
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in software development project management
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Experience managing teams of software developers
- Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
