As the Senior/Leader UI/UX Design at TPS Software, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers and collaborating with clients to create delightful and inspiring user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the consistent delivery of intuitive and visually compelling designs.
Your role will involve capturing requirements, conducting user testing, and maintaining design standards. The ideal candidate has a strong design background, exceptional management skills, and a passion for creating impactful products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business analysts to understand business goals and user requirements.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy that aligns with the overall product roadmap.
- Lead the creation of user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Define and implement a consistent design language and style guide to maintain brand consistency across different platforms.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into the design process where appropriate.
- Conduct regular design reviews to ensure compliance with design standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless translation of designs into functional interfaces.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in managing Design team in a software development environment.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in UI/UX enhancement planning, including competitive analysis, persona development, wireframing, and navigation strategy.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a design team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is desirable.
