Mr.Phuong Ngo ━━ CEO

Phuong Ngo – the Founder and CEO of TPS Software, began his ICT career as a software developer in 1997.

Phuong earned his bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and his master’s degree in Business Administration from the Maastricht School of Management (MSM) in the Netherlands.

With over 26 years of expertise in software outsourcing services, before he joined TPS Software, Phuong had been in charge of software development, delivery, and technical support for a wide range of businesses, including Sharp, NTT, Alcatel-Lucent, Nortel, Toshiba, GBST, and many more over the years. In his previous position, he had also performed the ATM role in the SCAMPI to get CMMi levels 3 and 5.

He is now in charge of TPS Software Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Coaching, Accounting & Finance, Service activities, and Project Operations. Phuong has an in-depth understanding of software development and project management, as well as the supply of software services, as well as the development and growth of software enterprises with constant quality delivery in an increasingly competitive market.

Phu Nguyen ━━ Vice President

With 20 years of experience in the software industry, including 18 years focused on the Japanese market, Phu Nguyen brings deep expertise in delivering successful outcomes for global clients.

Throughout his career, Phu has held various leadership roles, ranging from software developer and team leader to project manager, senior manager, and head of a delivery center at one of Vietnam’s largest software companies. He has successfully collaborated with renowned clients, including NTT Software, Toshiba, Sharp, and Fujitsu.

Phu’s extensive responsibilities have spanned project delivery, human resource management, and overseeing operations for a department of 180 team members. Beyond operations, he has played a pivotal role in shaping strategy, fostering customer relationships, and driving sales and marketing efforts.

His dedication to excellence and proven track record make him an integral part of the company’s leadership team, driving innovation and growth in every endeavor.

Nhu Ho ━━ Director

Nhu Ho began her career as a Java web developer at a large IT business in Ho Chi Minh City after graduating from the University of Natural Sciences in 2003. 

Throughout her lengthy career, she has held a variety of positions ranging from development to management.

Nhu has extensive expertise in dealing with clients from the United States, Australia, Japan, and Asia, as well as international job experience in Australia and Asia.
