Mr.Phuong Ngo ━━ CEO
Phuong Ngo – the Founder and CEO of TPS Software, began his ICT career as a software developer in 1997.
Phuong earned his bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and his master’s degree in Business Administration from the Maastricht School of Management (MSM) in the Netherlands.
With over 18 years of expertise in software outsourcing services, before he joined TPS Software, Phuong had been in charge of software development, delivery, and technical support for a wide range of businesses, including Sharp, NTT, Alcatel-Lucent, Nortel, Toshiba, GBST, and many more over the years. In his previous position, he had also performed the ATM role in the SCAMPI to get CMMi levels 3 and 5.
He is now in charge of TPS Software Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Coaching, Accounting & Finance, Service activities, and Project Operations. Phuong has an in-depth understanding of software development and project management, as well as the supply of software services, as well as the development and growth of software enterprises with constant quality delivery in an increasingly competitive market.
